Lot 74 - Magic Millions Adelaide Yearling Sale
TDN AusNZ: What did you like about this particular mating?
Deirdre Foster, Rheinwood Pastoral Co: "I purchased the colt at the Magic Millions Weanling sale last June, what attracted me to him was that he is by a speedy son of the outstanding sire I Am Invincible, in Super One. His dam, Sarawak, is by one of the leading broodmare sires, Hussonet, and I liked the cross. Sarawak is from the family of Sydney’s Dream and Charge Forward."
TDN AusNZ: What was the horse like as a weanling?
Deirdre Foster, Rheinwood Pastoral Co: "The colt was a strong, nicely put together weanling with a lovely action and great walk."
TDN AusNZ: How is the horse handling prep so far? Does it have a nickname? Particular traits/personality?
Deirdre Foster, Rheinwood Pastoral Co: "Clarke (Kent!), as he is affectionately know on the farm has handled his prep like a total professional. He is very easy to do anything with and thrives on the routine. Nothing phases him, he takes everything in his stride and is an easy going colt with a beautiful nature."
