Milburn Creek is a boutique operation located in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales and is pleased to present a quality draft of 13 for the Inglis Premier Yearling Sale.
Including yearlings by the two current leading stallions on the Australian First-Season Sires' list, Capitalist, sire of the recent R. Listed Inglis Millennium winner, Profiteer, and Shalaa (Ire), who sired the impressive R. Listed Magic Millions 2YO Classic winner in Shaquero.
The draft also features lots by proven Group 1-producing stallions All Too Hard, So You Think (NZ) and Sebring.
From a select breeding operation, Milburn Creek has produced a list of impressive winners including Group 1 winners Sizzling (Snitzel), Once Were Wild (Johannesburg {USA}) and Redoute's Dancer (Redoute's Choice).
All yearlings will be available for inspection at the Inglis Oaklands complex and are located in Barn H.
Lot 10 - So You Think (NZ) x Elouera (colt)
The first foal out of Street Cry (Ire) mare Elouera, this colt is from the family of G1 QLD Tatt's RC Winter S. winner Russeting (Commands). The family also includes eight-time Group 1 winner Schilacci (Salieri {USA}) and the Listed winner La Famelia (Strategic). So You Think is now the sire of 31 stakes winners and six Group 1 winners, he is currently fourth on the Australian General Sires' list.
Lot 26 - Russian Revolution x Fascination Street (NZ) (colt)
From the first crop of multiple G1 winner Russian Revolution, this colt is out of the Elusive City (USA) mare Fascination Street (NZ). The Listed Rotorua S. winner and two-time Group-placed mare Fascination Street (NZ) is a full sister to Listed Levin RC Ryder S. winner Lamington Vegas, and is from a family of multiple stakes winners.
Lot 38 - Capitalist x Flying Siren (filly)
By the current leading first-season sire Capitalist, this colt is out of winning mare Flying Siren (Flying Spur), who is a half-sister to the G2 BRC QTC Cup winner and multiple stakes-placed Catapulted (Catbird). G1 WATC Kingston Town Classic winner Itsahymn (Ihtiram {Ire}) is also included further back in the family.
Lot 62 - Shalaa (Ire) x Grand Daughter (colt)
This colt is of the Group 1-placed Grand Daughter (Redoute's Choice) and is by the top-rated juvenile in England and France in 2015, Shalaa, now the sire of Group 3 and Magic Millions Classic winner Shaquero. Grand Daughter is the dam of two foals to race for two winners and is a full sister to G2 VRC Edward Manifold S. winner El Daana, and a half-sister to G2 VRC AV Kewney S. winner Wawail (Lonhro).
Lot 233 - Pariah x Panorama Ridge (USA)
From the first crop of star juvenile Pariah, this colt is out of Panorama Ridge (USA) (Empire Ridge {USA}), already the dam of three winners including Listed winner Sassy 'N' Smart (Smart Missile) and the promising 2-year-old and Group 2-paced Mallory (Not A Single Doubt).
Lot 252 - Shalaa (Ire) x Platinum Passion (colt)
Also from the first crop of Shalaa, this colt is out of the stakes-placed Redoute's Choice mare Platinum Passion and is a half-brother to the Listed Gosford Guineas winner Tribal Wisdom (Makfi {GB}). Multiple Group 1 winner Mr Quickie (Shamus Award) features in the pedigree, as does Group 2 winner My Tusker (NZ) (Volksraad {GB}) and Group 1 winner Horlicks (Three Legs {GB}) further back on the page.
