First up off a successful Melbourne campaign that saw him win two in a row (including the Listed VOBIS Gold Sprint) before a spell, Laverrod (Toronado {Ire}) boasts good first-up form and has looked good winning two Belmont trials leading into this.
Valour Road (Frost Giant {USA}) is also first up and he too went to the paddock on a high, winning the G3 Hyperion S in mid-June. Massimo (Sessions) is another resuming off a trial win and whilst below his best last time in, he does boast a great Belmont record.
