RD: Profondo, a real champion with plenty more to come.
TDN AusNZ: Who is your favourite stallion, and why?
RD: Snitzel, he is so consistent in producing quality racehorses.
TDN AusNZ: What's the best book you read in 2021?
RD: Red Rising
TDN AusNZ: Name an emerging human talent in the industry, and say why.
RD: Dylan Gibbons, he is a very talented young jockey with a great attitude.

TDN AusNZ: What do you consider the greatest sporting moment this year? (not solely racing related).
RD: George Kambosos Jr. becoming the first-ever Australian boxing unified champion.
TDN AusNZ: What kept you occupied during this year's lockdowns, aside from work?
RD: Video games.
TDN AusNZ: What positive change would you like to see in the industry in 2022?
RD: I would like to see pay rises for stable staff, they are the back bone of these race horses. A lot of their work is behind the scenes where they work long hours six or seven days a week.

RD: Try to spend more time enjoying myself.
