Segenhoe Stud Australia is seeking experienced stud hands to join our team for the upcoming breeding season and yearling sale preparations.
The successful applicant will have previously worked on a thoroughbred stud farm and be well versed in the day-to-day care of young horses from foals through to yearlings.
Segenhoe Stud will cover the flight and visa costs for successful overseas applicants and also provide accommodation.

Arrowfield - Seeking property / farm manager
The Property / Farm Manager will be based on farm at Arrowfield Stud in Scone, working in a highly motivated and dynamic team. Knowledge of the thoroughbred industry is an advantage but not essential.
The Property/Farm Manager's responsibilities demand both practical and administrative skills and include:
- The horticultural, agricultural, infrastructure and project management requirements of all Arrowfield Group properties.
- The leadership of 20 - 25 permanent staff across three high-performing teams (farming, construction and maintenance, gardening and landscaping).
- The development of strong, effective relationships with internal operations management, external stakeholders and industry professionals.
- The identification, planning and implementation of strategies for continuous business improvement.
