Arrowfield Stud - Assistant Manager

Arrowfield Stud is globally renowned as the premier thoroughbred nursery in Australia and the home of breed-shaping stallions including four-time Champion Sire Snitzel. The stud is convieniently situated just outside the well-serviced town of Scone in the Upper Hunter Valley of NSW, Australia.

Arrowfield Stud is seeking an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager works closely with the operations manager to supervise all staff and stock based on the farm.

The role is best suited to an individual who has already held a similar position or has experience of a middle-management role within the breeding industry and is seeking career progression.

The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary commensurate with their experience level and be provided with a house and vehicle as part of the package. Should an overseas applicant be successful, assistance with visas and flights will be offered.

We are a fun, vibrant team and you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of horses with plenty of opportunity to attend racedays. We have a number of staff accommodation options on site, and we offer a competitive salary with other employee benefits.

We can cater for full time and part-time positions, and hours are typically 3:45am-9am and 1pm-3:30pm.
