Job Opportunity - Thoroughbred Stud & Farm Manager
Situated 1 ¼ hrs from Perth CBD, Western Australia
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and fully hands-on person with knowledge and a willingness to learn to manage a long-established stud that calls on all aspects of thoroughbred activity.
This thoroughbred Stud is a 200-acre boutique operation in a popular location with nice amenities.
- Management of matings, broodmares and foaling down.
- Raising and handling foals, weanlings and yearlings as well as sales preparation.
- Agistment of racehorses spelling on the farm.
- Capable of supervising staff of 3 to 5 people.
- Maintenance of the property to a high standard.
- The right person must be honest, reliable and able to lead a small team.
The right candidate will be provided with a house, vehicle and phone.
