The catalogue for the 2023 Magic Millions Adelaide Yearling Sale has been released with a power-packed two days to feature 468 lots from leading breeders across the country.
The sale has been the source of several elite performers including Group 1 winners Private Eye (Al Maher), Vega One (Lope De Vega {Ire}), Warning (Declaration Of War {USA}) and Amphitrite (Sebring) and looks stacked with quality once again for this year’s renewal.

Taking place on Tuesday, March 14 and Wednesday, March 15, the auction has 114 individual sires represented including one by Snitzel, Written Tycoon (3), All Too Hard (16), Capitalist (13), Dundeel (NZ) (7), Rubick (6), Pride Of Dubai (17) and So You Think (NZ) (4). Meanwhile, members of the first crop of 24 freshman stallions, including Blue Point (Ire) (10), Alabama Express (12), I Am Immortal (13), Written By (10) and Zousain (4).
Gerry Harvey’s Baramul Stud lead the way in terms of entries, with 38 yearlings catalogued, while South Australian-based Cornerstone Farm has 31 youngsters in their draft.
Collingrove Stud offers 26, famed South Australian nursery Mill Park Stud 18, while Kambula Stud have 15, Rathmore Lodge will offer 17 and Widden Stud are set to offer 13.
Pre-sale inspections kick off from Friday, March 10
