Looking Ahead - March 24

Looking Ahead puts the spotlight on runners of interest across Australia and New Zealand. Whether they are a particularly well-bred or high-priced runner having their first or second start, a promising galloper returning to the track or a horse which has trialled particularly well, we’ll aim to give you something to follow.

We kick off on Friday with an expensive Scissor Kick filly, who has shown plenty of ability in three trials in Queensland. Our next runner is a 2-year-old daughter of Spirit Of Boom, who debuts at the Sunshine Coast, and our third selection is a half-sister to a Group 1 winner.

Geelong, Race 4, 3.30pm AEDT, Pink Angels Mdn Plate, $27,000, 1240m
