This is an exciting opportunity to progress in the industry, become a part of a dynamic team and work with an exceptional stallion roster.

The Assistant Breeding Manager is a key position working with senior management in organising the seasonal operations of broodmares and stallions. The job would require experience in stallion barn operations including handling stallions and other work-related brood-mare activities such as veterinary crush work, teasing and assisting in the foaling paddock. The job is varied and requires high attention to detail.

Our ideal application is a good communicator and has experience in all aspects of a breeding operation. Accommodation is available with the position if required. All applicants will be treated in the strictest confidence.

A job description is available.

Email your CV with two referees to Colleen Thompson - colleen@richhillstud.co.nz or call the office on +64 07 888 3833.
