Looking Ahead - August 31

3 min read

Looking Ahead puts the spotlight on runners of interest across Australia and New Zealand. Whether they are a particularly well-bred or high-priced runner having their first or second start, a promising galloper returning to the track or a horse which has trialled particularly well, we’ll aim to give you something to follow.

There’s some well-bred 3-year-olds debuting on Thursday and we’ve found three - two at Bendigo and one at Northam. In Victoria, a well-related Dundeel (NZ) colt steps out for Matt Laurie, before a son of Snitzel runs for the state’s premier stable. In Western Australia, a Sessions gelding from a successful Aga Khan Studs family lines up for Adam Durrant.
