Stablehand & Trackwork Rider - Amanda Turner Racing

Amanda Turner Racing is seeking an experienced Trackwork Rider to work Monday to Saturday, riding around 6-8 horses each morning in this progressive stable at Warwick Farm.

Amanda Turner Racing is also seeking an experienced Stablehand to work in the stable at Warwick Farm.

Applicants need to be able to work well with others and have the necessary skills to carry out their duties.

The horses are treated with kindness and care, and applicants are to be well-versed in the handling of the thoroughbred equine.

A fully furnished two-bedroom unit with air conditioning is available at Warwick Farm, within 150m of Warwick Farm Railway Station and approximately 500 metres from the racing stable for the right successful applicant/s.

Racing and Business Development Manager - Williams Racing WA

Williams Racing WA is one of Australia's most successful thoroughbred training partnerships. Based in Karnup, Perth, Grant and Alana Williams operate an outstanding fully developed off-course training complex, accommodating 65 horses in work. Over the last decade Williams Racing have been the most dominant, "big race stable" in the state.

An exciting opportunity has opened up to join Grant and Alana’s multiple Group 1-winning team, as Racing and Business Development Manager, based in Perth, WA.

The Racing and Development Manager’s role will be a senior leadership position responsible for the smooth running and development of multiple areas of the business.

The successful applicant will be required to have experience in all areas of stable management and their responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

*Manage the office and administration at Williams Racing.

*Day-to-day organisational management of core functions for the stable including vet, farrier, transport & agistment.

*Data entry and support bookkeeping, ensuring that the routine financial activities are carried out in an efficient manner.

*Overseeing monthly invoicing to clients.

*Owner Communications & correspondence through email & PRISM, including weekly video production.

*Race-day liaison with owners & post-race feedback jockey comments, etc.

*Coordination of special events and marketing activities.

*Maintenance of social media platforms and activity, including graphic design and video/reel production.

*Marketing & selling Williams Racing yearlings & racehorses.

*Management of OHS, first aid, insurance and compliance requirements.
