Every autumn, after the Breeders’ Cup, the Fasig-Tipton November Sale presents an elite collection of Thoroughbred offerings to a global audience. Graduates of Fasig-Tipton sales have been enjoying a stellar year with a host of Group 1 winners, including the winners of the Kentucky Derby - Mage (USA) (Good Magic {USA}) and the Preakness S. - National Treasure (USA) (Quality Road {USA}).

And flying the flag for them in Australia has been the G3 Hawkesbury Crown winner Princess Grace (USA) (Karakontie {Jpn}), who on the back of her consistent form in the best of company this time and looks to be a major player in the G1 Empire Rose S. on Derby Day.

A US$1.7 million (AU$2.68 million )purchase at the 2020 Fasig-Tipton Lexington November Sale, she is proving to be a great investment for the China Horse Club.

Australian breeders will do well to take a close look at the 2023 catalogue for this year's sale.

Hip 215 - Bubble Rock (USA) (More Than Ready {USA} x Reef Point {USA})

Bubble Rock (USA) is a multiple Group stakes-winning mare, both sprinting and routing, by More Than Ready (USA). A stakes winner at two, three and four. More Than Ready has also established himself as a very important broodmare sire, highlighted by 2023 G1 winners Shinzo, King Colorado and Coolangatta.

Bubble Rock (USA) floats home a winner in the G2 Mrs. Revere S.

Hip 241 - Higher Truth (Ire) (Galileo {Ire} x Wannabe Better {Ire})

Higher Truth (Ire) is the G2 winning and G1 placing mare by Champion Sire Galileo (Ire). Galileo is already the broodmare sire of more than 300 stakes winners. Higher Truth is out of Group winner and half-sister to Group winner Lady Wannabe (Ire) from an outstanding family.

Fun And Feisty (USA) is a Graded stakes-winning 2YO, winning the G3 Pocahontas Stakes by 3½ lengths.

By Champion 2YO Midshipman (USA), who is fast becoming a recognised broodmare sire, with his daughters producing the brilliant G1 sprinter Golden Pal and 2023 Gimcrack Stakes winner Manaal (USA).

Haughty (USA) is a 2YO winner at Keeneland, Grade 1-placed in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf (beaten less than a length). Grade 2 winner at three in the Lake Placid S. at Saratoga. By outstanding sire and broodmare sire, Empire Maker (USA), out of multiple stakes producing Kingmambo (USA) mare.

Haughty (USA) proves best in the G2 Lake Placid S. at three.
