Is What It Is' Pierro colt sold at this sale last year for $200,000 to Hong Kong, and this fellow's 3-year-old full brother Medical Autocrat is in the Anthony and Sam Freedman stable.

Is What It Is is a full sister to Stratum Star, a three-quarter sister to Prague and a half to the stakes-placed Serenade (Star Witness) whose promising 2-year-old son Wolfgang (Exceed And Excel) has won his last two. All five Dundeel (NZ) runners - including the dual Group 3 winner Entente - out of Stratum mares are winners.
