Looking Ahead puts the spotlight on runners of interest across Australia and New Zealand. Whether they are a particularly well-bred or high-priced runner having their first or second start, a promising galloper returning to the track or a horse which has trialled particularly well, we’ll aim to give you something to follow.
On Sunday, three nicely related debutants will step out. Among them is a daughter of Darley’s Blue Point (Ire) at Scone. The filly is from the family of triple Group 1 winner Humidor (NZ) (Teofilo {Ire}).

Thundering Soul, 2-year-old colt (Spirit Of Boom x Miss Falsified {Mossman})
Newcastle-based horseman Kris Lees is set to send out a juvenile son of Eureka Stud’s Spirit Of Boom, Thundering Soul, at Scone on Sunday.
Thundering Soul is the second and last foal from Miss Falsified, a daughter of Mossman, who won twice. Her first foal, Innocent Moves (Supido), has won a race.
Miss Falsified is a half-sister to the Listed PJ Bell H. victress Hot ‘N’ Ready (More Than Ready {USA}). The G1 Prix d’Ispahan S. victor Highest Honor (Fr) brings an international aspect to the pedigree. Crowned Champion Sire, he recorded placings in the G1 Poule d’Essai des Poulains and the G1 Prix de la Foret.
