The Oaks - Yearling Team Member

The Oaks - Yearling Team Member

The Oaks Stud has a position available for an experienced person to join our yearling team on a full time basis.

The Oaks Stud is a commercial stud farm based on the outskirts of Cambridge, New Zealand. We stand three stallions and have a band of quality broodmares and a racing team of around 50 horses.

This is a role with plenty of variety. It includes foal handling and preparing yearlings, as well as some work in the breeding shed during the season and general farm work.

The successful applicant will ideally be competent at handling colts and parading yearlings at the sales.

A Competitive salary package is on offer, including on-farm accommodation. Start date is negotiable.

To apply, please email your CV and references to office@theoaksstud.co.nz

Applications close on April 30th and will be treated in confidence.

For further information, please contact Rick Williams on +64 21 733 962.
