Coolmore - Area Manager
Coolmore Australia, a leading thoroughbred breeding farm located in the Upper Hunter Valley of New South Wales, is looking for an accomplished Area Manager with extensive experience in bloodstock.
Position Description:
The Area Manager will report to the Stud Manager and will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and care of in excess of 100 mares and foals and a team of staff.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Executing the daily care and supervision of stock.
- Ongoing training and direction of staff.
- Maintaining records of treatments.
To be successful you must have:
- Professional experience in the thoroughbred industry.
- Experience of managing and leading a team of staff.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
