Yarraman Park’s three-strong roster, are all proven Group 1-producing sires, while I am Invincible has, and continues to be a dominant force his fee has been reduced to $220,000 inc GST from his 2024 fee of $275,000 inc GST, his exciting son Hellbent, is waiting in the wings and remains at $38,500 inc GST, and Brave Smash is building towards making an impact of his own, as he is now looking towards his third season at Yarraman Park at a slightly lower fee of $27,500 inc GST.
I Am Invincible: A Champion's Legacy
Crowned Champion Sire for a third consecutive season in 2023/24, I Am Invincible has joined a rare club alongside Danehill (USA) and Snitzel as the only stallions to achieve three straight Champion Sires' titles.
It’s a remarkable record for the Yarraman Park flagbearer, who continues to operate at an astonishing 80 per cent winners-to-runners strike rate. He has now sired 117 stakes winners and a further 95 stakes performers. This season, he leads the Australian sires’ table by winners, and sits second by the number of individual stakes winners.
Adding to his extraordinary record, Charm Stone became his 17th individual Group 1 winner on Saturday at Morphettville in the G1 Robert Sangster Stakes. I Am Invincible’s elite performers cover 2-year-olds, 3-year-olds and older horses, with Group 1 success over distances from 1000 metres to the mile.
“He has an exceptional 9.5 per cent stakes winners to runners this season. He is the leading sire of 2-year-old stakes winners which includes the unbeaten 2-year-old colt Vinrock, winner of the G1 Sires’ Produce Stakes, who was subsequently purchased as a stallion prospect by Yulong,” said Yarraman principal Arthur Mitchell.

“On Saturday, 4-year-old mare Charm Stone claimed the G1 Robert Sangster Stakes with Commemorative in third — a great reminder of his exceptional influence.”
Beyond the racetrack, I Am Invincible’s impact is already shaping the next generation.
“I Am Invincible’s legacy is already assured with both his sons and his daughters continuing his influence. His multiple Group 1-winning daughter Imperatriz became Australasia’s most expensive broodmare making $6.6 million last May, while he is also the broodmare sire of Group 1 winners in both hemispheres in 2024 and he’s showing all the signs of becoming a very dominant broodmare sire,” Mitchell said.

His commercial strength remains formidable. Last October, he set a southern hemisphere record for a 2-year-old at auction with Hostility selling for NZ$1.65 million at the 2024 New Zealand Bloodstock Karaka Ready To Run Sale. He has only had two starts, and has been placed in both of them, including at Group 1 level at just his second start.
His sons are also making their mark, with Home Affairs topping the 2025 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale with a $3.2 million yearling filly out of Sunlight (Zoustar), and his colt out of Shout The Bar (Not A Single Doubt) selling for $3 million at the 2025 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale.
“Last October he broke the southern hemisphere record for a 2-year-old at auction, that colt (Hostility) was Group 1-placed on his second start for Te Akau. Home Affairs topped the Magic Millions this year with a $3.2 million yearling, so his sons also continue to produce exceptional results,” Mitchell said.
Across the 2025 Magic Millions and Inglis Easter sales, I Am Invincible’s yearlings averaged an impressive $580,000, with a top price of $2.3 million for In Secret’s full sister out of Eloping (Choisir), one of many to surpass the million-dollar mark.
However, mindful of broader economic pressures across the industry, Yarraman Park has adjusted his service fee for 2025.
“It’s certainly always a consideration for us when setting all of our stallions’ fees, along with where they are placed in their careers. Vinnie is entering his twilight years, and there are limited outside nominations available. We are also mindful of the challenges facing trainers and syndicators, along with breeders — the cost of production and wages, everything has increased. We want to ensure everyone has a good chance, no matter which part of the market they operate in.”
I Am Invincible will stand the 2025 season at a reduced fee of $220,000 inc GST.

Hellbent: A rising force in the stallion ranks
Hellbent’s momentum continues to surge both on the track and in the sales ring, further establishing his reputation as one of Australia’s most exciting emerging sires.
The Group 1 winning son if I Am Invincible has built up his record in a solid fashion, and on the back of early success, his books have improved in terms of quality. There is no doubt that further improvement could well result in the ring and on the track, especially since his fee was raised to $38,500 inc GST in 2023.
At the 2025 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale, a colt out of Sugar Hill (Hinchinbrook) sold for $425,000 (21 times his service fee) to Craig Rounsefell on behalf of the Hong Kong Jockey Club, becoming Hellbent’s highest-priced yearling of the year.
On the track, Hellbent has produced stakes winners from each of his four crops of racing age, including two Group 1 winners from his first – Benedetta and Magic Time, both still racing, with Magic Time now privately acquired by Yulong.
Overall, Hellbent has sired six individual stakes winners, including Hell Hath No Fury, Kristilli, Fully Lit, and the promising Tremonti. He has also left another 14 stakes placegetters, delivering a strong 6.8 per cent stakes performers-to-runners strike rate.
“Hellbent’s striking at 50.2 per cent winners to runners this season, it’s the highest strike rate in the Top 15 on the General Sires’ table by winners,” said principal Harry Mitchell. “His 2-year-olds are performing well, with five winners including three stakes horses. It’s the result of better books, and we’ll continue to see that improvement coming through.”
Hellbent currently sits third on the four-year-old sires’ table by winners, behind his own sire I Am Invincible — a testament to the soundness and durability of his progeny.
Hellbent will stand the 2025 season at an unchanged fee of $38,500 inc GST.

Brave Smash: The Yarraman crops debut at sales next year
Now entering his third season at Yarraman Park, Brave Smash (Jpn) continues to generate excitement among breeders and buyers alike. Having served books of 112 and 79 mares in his first two seasons at the Hunter Valley farm, his Yarraman-conceived crop will debut as yearlings in 2026.
Despite limited early opportunity, Brave Smash has built an impressive record that signals his emerging strength as a stallion prospect. From just 85 runners to date, he has sired 54 winners — a compelling 63 per cent winners-to-runners strike rate.
Among those winners are three stakes winners, including his headline act Kimochi, who delivered a breakthrough Group 1 victory in the Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes, defeating proven Group 1 winners Another Wil (Street Boss {USA}) and Jimmysstar (NZ) (Per Incanto {USA}).
Another standout from his first crop is Divano, who has collected five wins in Hong Kong and added black type to his record with a Listed placing for trainer Francis Lui.
Brave Smash is also beginning to make an impression with his current crop of 2-year-olds. Talented youngster Brave Design made an immediate impact, placing in stakes company from just two starts — running third in the Listed Talindert Stakes behind the talented duo Tentyris and Shining Smile, and finishing second to Group 1 winner Vinrock in the G2 VRC Sires’ Produce Stakes.
“He’s an exciting stallion for us. What he’s achieved from his first three crops, combined with the quality of stock and matings coming through, makes this a really exciting stage in his career,” said Yarraman Park’s Harry Mitchell.
Brave Smash will stand the 2025 season at a slightly reduced fee of $27,500 (inc GST). He stood for $33,000 inc GST in 2024.

“We’re fully invested in these three stallions and will continue to throw everything we’ve got behind them this season. Each has enormous upside, and we know breeders who back them again will see the benefit,” said Harry. “On behalf of Arthur and myself, thank you to our shareholders and everyone who’s supported us so far. We look forward to discussing each person’s mating plans and wish everyone a good season ahead.”
From the breed-shaping influence of I Am Invincible, to the incredible rise of his son in Hellbent, and the new beginnings for Brave Smash, Yarraman Park’s roster is one with exceptional upside and options for breeders.
