Older Horses
Charm Stone, 5-year-old mare (I Am Invincible x Najoom {Northern Meteor})
“She finished off her last campaign with a deserved Group 1 win in The Robert Sangster, she will probably go to the Manikato first-up and then onto the Champions sprint.
“She has come up bigger and better and will look to trial it in about two weeks.”

Reserve Bank, 4-year-old entire (Capitalist x Our Songbird {Fastnet Rock})
“Reserve Bank is an untapped colt, he is very exciting. He won three on end at the end of his last preparation and is still very much on the up.
“He may have more of a back-end spring preparation, he may go to the McEwen on Cox Plate day and then onto the Champions sprint.
“He’s got a real stud look about him now, and is very exciting.”

On Display, 4-year-old mare (Fastnet Rock x Different To (NZ) {High Chaparral {Ire}})
“She was a $1.1 million purchase and is a lovely Fastnet Rock mare out of a High Chaparral mare. She is a very progressive.
“She won a stakes race over the mile at her last start, that was retribution as she should have won the G2 Queen Of The South Stakes seven days prior, in fact she is still looking for a run!”

“We have a big circle around the Empire Rose Stakes for her, we think she is a big track horse with a big turn of foot.
“She may start off in a mares benchmark race on Memsie day, and then head on towards the Let’s Elope Stakes.
Miss Roumbini, 5-year-old mare (Zoustar x Bleu Roche {Fastnet Rock})
“She won the Magic Millions Fillies and Mares at her last start in January, since then she has had a nice break and has trialled well.
“She may go to the Cockram first up on the way to the Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes, she is three from three second-up, so we are banking on that to have her ready for the Group 1.”

3-Year-Olds
Planet Red, 3-year-old gelding (Admire Mars (Jpn) x Lucky Helmet {Helmet})
“He was the first winner for his sire Admire Mars in Australia, and he was a Champion miler, and this guy looks like a miler.
“He is unbeaten, has a turn of foot, a good length of stride and is very adaptable.
“We will work backwards from the Caulfield Guineas fourth up, and probably head that way via the prelude, and he may go to the McKenzie Stakes next start. I think he will be an even better horse with pace on and chasing.”

Engine Of War (NZ), 3-year-old gelding (Circus Maximus (Ire) x Prove Your Worth {Lonhro})
“He had one run in New Zealand and ran third. He is by Circus Maximus and looks a potential derby horse. He is about 16-2 ½ hands tall, has a big loose walk, and is big and powerful.”
“He will probably make his debut for us over 1400 metres later in the month. We really like him.”

Best Of The Best, 3-year-old colt (Written Tycoon x Cymbalism {Denman})
“He is a Written Tycoon colt that Jonathon Munz owns and was purchased for $500,000, he won on debut at Sale, and Godtfred Kirk ran fifth that day and has come out and won impressively, so the form stacks up.
“He will go to the McNeil, and we will try and get him in the better races, he is a good looker and I think he will be even better next preparation.”

Space Rider, 3-year-old colt (Zoustar x Fuddle Dee Duddle {Red Ransom {USA}})
“Space Rider is a lovely colt, he resumes on Saturday in Sydney, but he probably needs a mile and doesnt really like wet tracks, so it will be a run to get back to the races.
“He will improve quickly over further and on a better track.”
