Extractor, 3-year-old colt (Spirit Of Boom x Assertory {Not A Single Doubt})
The promising Extractor (Spirit Of Boom) is set to make his fifth start over 1100 metres at Gosford on Friday. He showed some real talent as a juvenile, placing in the Listed Lonhro Plate and the Golden Gift, and running honest races in the G1 Blue Diamond Stakes and the G3 Pago Pago Stakes.
After having a nice break, the Michel Freedman-trained colt has trialled twice in preparation for this resuming 3-year-old run.

Extractor’s dam Assertory (Not A Single Doubt) was a five-time sprinter on the track. Assertory is a half-sister to Magic Jet (Magic Albert), who was a two-time winner and placed in the G2 Bill Stutt Stakes and the G3 Spring Stakes.
Since producing Extractor, Assertory has produced a 2-year-old colt by Spirit Of Boom, and foaled another Spirit Of Boom colt earlier this month.
Extractor was purchased for $300,000 from the draft of Eureka Stud at the 2024 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale by Gandharvi Pty Ltd, and Michael Freedman Racing.

Her 2-year-old form is very strong, including running third on debut behind Strada Varenna (Street Boss {USA}), and then running an honest ninth in the G3 Magic Night Stakes. Since having a break, she has had two trials at Randwick to prepare herself for her resuming run.
Gambers is the first foal from the Hinchinbrook mare Chica Fuerte, who was a classy three-time winner. Her wins included the G3 Ethereal Stakes and the G3 Alexandra Stakes.
Since producing Gambers, Chica Fuerte has left I Am Invincible 2-year-old and yearling colts, and is due to foal to Toronado (Ire) later in the spring.
