About The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Online Sales Coordinator to join our Gold Coast-based team.
This full-time role is central to the delivery of high-quality online auctions, combining sales administration, catalogue coordination, and client service. Reporting to the Head of Online Business, the role offers the opportunity to work closely with vendors, trainers, and agents to deliver seamless digital sales.
This is an office-based position with scope for professional growth as the Online Division expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and quality-control online auction entries, including pedigrees, photos, videos, and veterinary reports
Manage catalogue preparation, updates, withdrawals, and post-sale reporting
Liaise with vendors, trainers, and agents throughout the online sales process
Guide clients through entry, bidding, and settlement, providing a premium service experience
Collaborate with the bloodstock, marketing, and technology teams to promote and deliver sales
Contribute ideas to enhance the Magic Millions Online platform and client engagement
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of the thoroughbred industry and auction sales processes
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Client-focused, professional, and collaborative approach
Comfortable using catalogue systems and digital platforms (or eager to learn)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
