Since the release of the 2026 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale catalogue on November 10, 2025, several yearlings set to go under the hammer on the Gold Coast have experienced significant pedigree updates. Ahead of their entry into the ring, we take a look at whose page has fresh appeal for buyers and vendors alike.

Lot 405 - Ole Kirk x Jest Excel (Exceed And Excel), filly - on account of Riverstone Lodge

This filly could already boast G3 Gimcrack Stakes victress Shiki (Too Darn Hot {GB}) as a half-sister, and the 2-year-old filly was determined to give her little sister another boost ahead of next week’s sale when taking out the second race on the Gold Coast card on Saturday.

The Tulloch Lodge-trained filly has been attempting to plot a course to the R. Listed Magic Millions 2YO Classic next weekend ever since her December return, and clinching the $87,000 prizemoney for winning the $150,000 Gold Pearl QTIS Fillies race should put her in line for a spot on the grand finale in seven days time. She put in a dominant two-length win in the race over Double Cool (Cool Aza Beel {NZ}), in a return to the form that saw her win a Group 3 at her first start.

Dam Jest Excel (Exceed And Excel) had another timely update from her offspring on Friday, when 3-year-old Excelboom (Spirit Of Boom) ticked off his maiden victory at Gatton to give his dam a flawless record of three winners from three runners.

Lot 781 - Anamoe x Secret Trail (Denman), colt - on account of Widden Stud

From the first crop of nine-time Group 1 winner Anamoe, this colt has had a brace of updates to his immediate page ahead of his sale next week, both courtesy of 4-year-old half-brother Spywire (Trapeze Artist). The first came back in late November, where the gelding scored his fifth career win at Kembla Grange’s metropolitan The Gong meet.

Twice placed in Magic Millions juvenile races - including running third to Storm Boy two years ago - Spywire was back on the Gold Coast on Saturday and it was his turn to snare one of the lucrative Magic Millions carnival prizes, capturing his six career win in the $1 million Magic Millions The Syndicate. The result took his total earning to over $1.3 million. Just think how lucrative it is to take home a horse from the Gold Coast - and bring it back, time and time again!

Lot 960 - Zoustar x Walk The Streets (Street Cry {Ire}), colt - on account of Westbury Stud

There's nothing better than a consistent producer, and Walk The Streets (Street Cry {Ire}) is just that. The mare received a timely update from one of her alliteratively named children on Saturday, when 3-year-old Soliciting (Zoustar) gave her a clean sweep of four runners for four winners. The filly delivered on her early promise to knock off her maiden at start number six down in Queanbeyan at Saturday's meet.

This colt is now a half to two of Walk The Street’s winners, the other being Street Chase, who was second in the G3 Vo Rogue Plate last season by a short neck. Also the dam of twice Listed-winning Stroll (Snitzel), Walk The Streets understandably went back to Zoustar for another round this past spring.
