Gai Waterhouse, she always seems to be having a ball wherever she goes.

Who was the first horse that played a role in you being hooked to the sport?

Black Caviar, was great seeing her when she came to Adelaide and the crowd was unbelievable.

Zabeel.

Peter Moody's book or the big book of Australian racing stories.

What is your favourite track to attend the races?

Love a country track meeting, Mindarie- Halidon is a great once a year meeting in SA.

Do you have any raceday superstitions?

I never punt my own horses in case I jinx them.

Name an emerging talent within the industry?

Sophie Potter (apprentice jockey), very calm and collected, natural rider and already great at reading races.

If you had to pick one horse that you think is most likely to win the 2026 G1 Golden Slipper, who is it?

Warwoven, Sword Of State was in the Newgate draft when I worked a yearling prep there and he was always stunning animal.

What is your favourite sport and team that you follow?

AFL, unfortunately my team (Port Adelaide) are already off to a bad start this season.
