Client Experience Manager

Chris Waller Racing is globally recognised as one of the most successful and progressive thoroughbred racing operations in the world. With multiple Group 1 champions, including legends such as Winx, Verry Elleegant, Via Sistina, Joliestar and Autumn Glow, the stable continues to set the benchmark for excellence in training, ownership experience and bloodstock acquisition. We are seeking an experienced racing professional to join the team and play a key role in the continued growth of the stable.

Working alongside one of the most accomplished bloodstock teams in Australian racing (including Chris Waller, Guy Mulcaster and Charlie Duckworth), you will be instrumental in understanding the customer mix and ultimately promoting purchased horses to new and existing owners.

Equally important will be your role in enhancing the ownership experience. You will actively engage with clients through race day involvement, stable visits and owner events, ensuring every owner enjoys the professionalism and excitement that comes with being part of Chris Waller Racing. The position offers a rare opportunity to combine elite bloodstock selection with new and existing client engagement at the highest level of the sport.

To be considered, you will bring extensive experience in the thoroughbred racing industry, strong industry relationships and a genuine passion for creating moments that count for customers. Just as importantly, you will possess the communication skills and passion required to represent one of racing’s most successful brands and to connect owners with future champions while contributing to the next generation of Chris Waller Racing success.
