Lot 6 - Officiating (USA) x Klum (Snitzel), filly – on account of Waylon J Stud
From the first crop of Aquis Farm’s speedy Grade 3 winner Officiating (USA), Lot 6 had the perfect update this autumn when her dam’s full brother Campione D’Italia (Snitzel) won the highly coveted G1 Sires’ Produce Stakes, as well as running second to Fireball (Snitzel) in the G1 Champagne Stakes and fourth in Guest House (Home Affairs)’s G1 Golden Slipper.

This filly is the first foal of Klum (Snitzel), who won over 900 metres at Scone on debut as a late 2-year-old. This is an early maturing family which includes this filly’s third dam Military Rose (General Nediym) who won the G2 Reisling Stakes and R.Listed Magic Millions 2YO Classic as well as three other stakes races. Recently retired Espionage, a dual Group 3 winner at two, is also in this family.
Klum’s winning dam Medaglia Valore (Medaglia D’Oro {USA}) has two other stakes horses, in addition to Campione D’Italia, being G3 Canonbury Stakes-placed winner of six races Flashing Steel (Not A Single Doubt) and G2 Sweet Embrace Stakes-placed Snitzel Miss (Snitzel).
Lot 166 - Hellbent x Tallulah Rose (GB) (Exceed And Excel), colt – on account of Amarina Farm
Winning mare Tallulah Rose (GB) (Exceed And Excel) arrived in Australia in 2023 in foal to Champion UK Sire Night Of Thunder (Ire). The resulting foal is now an unnamed 2-year-old, while her weanling colt by Hellbent is her second Australian born foal. She was covered by Hellbent and Broadsiding in 2025.

Before arriving here, Tallulah Rose had four foals, two winners, and it is her current Northern Hemisphere 4-year-old mare Ulysses Rose (Ire) (Ulysses {Ire}) who has provided a recent pedigree update. After placing on debut in Ireland, she was transferred to Michael McCarthy in America where she recently ran third in the Listed Santa Anita Santa Barbara Stakes on May 3 in her first start for him, and second career start.
While this is a very European family, it does also include dual G1 HK Queen Elizabeth II Cup winner and Hong Kong Horse Of The Year Viva Pataca (GB) (Marju {Ire}). With Hellbent doing so well in Hong Kong lately, this is a rather obvious pinhooking colt prospect for those with a long term view to Hong Kong end users.
Lot 181 - Wild Ruler x Touchabeel (NZ) (Savabeel), filly – on account of Kenmore Lodge
Juvenile form is strong form, and Wild Ruler has plenty of that with his first crop of 2-year-olds already led by Stretan Ruler and Queen Regent. Kenmore Lodge’s filly from his third crop had a recent black type update in New Zealand when John and Karen Parsons-trained 2-year-old filly Final Time (NZ) (Staphanos {Jpn}) ran third in both the Listed Welcome Stakes and Listed Champagne Stakes in April and May this year.

Final Time is also a winner from four starts, and is a half-sister to this filly's winning dam Touchabeel (NZ) (Savabeel) who ran fourth in the Listed Welcome Stakes at two. Lot 181 is the third foal for Touchabeel, whose first foal is a 2-year-old filly by The Autumn Sun. She also has a yearling colt by the same sire.
This filly’s second dam is triple Group 1 winning sprinter Final Touch (NZ) (Kashani {USA}), who won 18 races and was crowned New Zealand Champion Sprinter in 2012/13.
