Entries are now open for this October's Magic Millions Gold Coast Horses in Training Sale, and Magic Millions have added a new and enticing incentive for buyers patronising the breeze-up sale.
For the first time, eligible lots can be paid up to $20 million plus Magic Millions Race Series, which includes the multimillion dollar Magic Millions racing carnival in January and high value racing in all major Australian racing jurisdictions.
The 2026 edition of the Gold Coast Horses in Training Sale, which is open to two and 3-year-olds, as well as a racehorse section, will be held on October 12.
Graduates of last year's sale already include promising domestic juveniles Stars Of Dom (Exceedance), winner of the $150,000 Next Generation Sprinters Series Final at Flemington, The Speed Machine (Hanseatic), Murkado (Toronado {Ire}), and High Authority (Lucky Vega {Ire}).

“We are looking forward to presenting a high quality of youngsters who are being prepared by many of the region's leading horsemen and women,” Magic Millions Managing Director Barry Bowditch said. “This is a sale where a vendor can bring a quality galloper at any level of the market and find good competition.

“There's already great interest from prospective overseas buyers. Our international representatives have signalled strong feedback - from past buyers who have experienced great success - as well as new clients. Our team has been traversing the Asian continent in recent weeks and will be through to the sale, to bring the best possible buying bench to the Gold Coast in October.
“The interest has been strong from our buyers in supporting the most genuine trade of horses in training in this part of the world. The new incentive to allow eligible graduates of the sale to be paid up for the Magic Millions Race Series is sure to drive increasing domestic demand.
“We have had great feedback from buyers with the October 12 date - it's been very well received and will allow greater access to all markets.”

Magic Millions is also proud to confirm that industry leading technology will again be a part of the breeze-up process for the auction across both 2-year-old and 3-year-old breeze up categories.
“The industry leading TripleS data incorporates electronic chips providing interested parties with raceday quality data on stride length, frequency and speed,” Bowditch added. “This innovation will be back again this year in a boost to vendors and buyers.”
