The Henry Dwyer-trained Hello Mistress (NZ) (Hello Youmzain {Fr}) chases maiden success at Swan Hill on Tuesday over 975 metres. She has been a consistent performer in her career so far, placing twice from only four career starts, including a solid front-running second on the Ballarat Synthetic at her last start.
Hello Mistress is the second foal out of the dual-winner River Mist (Pierro), she has a lovely page being a half-sister to the Group 2-winning 2-year-old Willow Creek (Tale Of the Cat {USA}) and to the dam of the G1 New Zealand Derby winner Crown Prosecutor (Medaglia D’Oro (USA) and also to the dam of the Group 1 winning 2-year-old and stallion Captivant.

River Mist, in recent times has produced a yearling colt by Bivouac, a weanling colt by Hello Youmzain (Fr) and is due to foal to Sword Of State this spring.
Hello Mistress was purchased for NZ$150,000 from the Cambridge stud draft at the 2024 New Zealand Bloodstock National Yearling Sale.

Budjik Queen, 3-year-old filly (Churchill (Ire) x Tycoon Queen {Written Tycoon})
The Mitchell Freedman-trained Budjik Queen (Churchill {Ire}) makes her debut at Swan Hill on Tuesday after running three tidy placings at the jump-outs recently.
Budjik Queen is out of the 11-time winner Tycoon Queen (Written Tycoon) and comes from the extended family of the G2 Wakeful Stakes winner Dream Of The Dance (Islero {NZ}) and her G2 South Australian Oaks winner Dream The Dream (Encosta De Lago).
Churchill (Ire) | Standing at Coolmore Stud
Tycoon Queen, in recent times has left a yearling filly by Hanseatic and a weanling colt by Mo’Unga (NZ).
Budjik Queen was purchased for $20,000 by J Alexander from the Hollylodge Thoroughbreds draft at the 2023 Inglis Great Southern Sale.
