The new training combination of Phillip and Tommy Stokes chase success with Chica Astuta (Toronado {Ire}) on Saturday at Morphettville. The promising filly looks to take her record to two-from-two after an impressive win at Morphettville Park back in late February.

Chica Astuta is the fourth live-foal out of Foxlago (Foxwedge) who was a winner over 1400 metres. Foxlago is a three-quarter-sister to the seven-time winner and Listed-placed Falago (Fastnet Rock) and a half-sister to the three-time winner and Group 3-placed High Lago (High Chaparral {Ire}).
This is the extended family of the Group 3-winner and new stallion Coleman and the other stakes winning stallions Rothsay and Sensei.
Foxlago, in recent times has produced a yearling colt by Russian Camelot (Ire) and is due to foal to the exciting first-season sire Celestial Legend in October.

Boonie Boom, 3-year-old filly (Spirit Of Boom x Hussterical {Beneteau})
The Tony Gollan-trained Boonie Boom (Spirit Of Boom) chases her second win from only her second start at Eagle Farm on Saturday. She was an impressive winner on the same track and over the same distance on July 15 and looks a great chance to repeat the dose.
Boonie Boom is the second live-foal out of the four-time winner Hussterical (Beneteau), who has a strong pedigree being a full-sister to the R. Listed Inglis 2YO Classic winner Lady Jivago (Beneteau).

This is the outstanding extended family of the top-class sire Not A Single Doubt and the dual Group 1-winner and sire King’s Legacy, while the Group 1-winning filly Oohood (I Am Invincible) also features..
Since producing Boonie Boom, Hussterical has produced a yearling filly by Spirit Of Boom and unfortunately missed to Switzerland last spring.
Boonie Boom was purchased for $210,000 by Gollan Racing and John Foote Bloodstock (FBAA) from the Eureka Stud draft at the 2025 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale.

Magenta Skies (GB), 4-year-old mare (Frankel (GB) x Fireworks {Snitzel})
The lightly-tried Frankel (GB) mare Magenta Skies (GB) resumes at Randwick on Saturday 1400 metres for trainer Michael Freedman, as she has her first start for nearly a year after last being seen running seventh in the G1 Flight Stakes last October behind Apocalyptic (Extreme Choice).
The Fairway Thoroughbreds-bred and owned mare has had two trials to prepare herself for her resuming run.
Frankel (GB) | Standing at Juddmonte Stud
Magenta Skies is the fourth foal out of Fireworks (Snitzel) who was a winner as a juvenile in the G3 Widden Stakes, she has proved herself as a broodmare leaving four winners from four to race including the dual Listed winner Millane (Zoustar).
Fireworks is a half sister to the New Zealand Group 1 winner Calveen (NZ) (Canny Lad) and is also related to the stakes winners Francee (NZ) (Iffraaj {GB}), Kosi Bay (NZ) (Spinning World {USA}), Striker (NZ) (Van Nistelrooy {USA}), First Impressions (NZ) (Rip Van Winkle {Ire}) and Pareanui Bay (NZ) (Lonhro).
In recent years Fireworks has left a 3-year-old filly named Beachside (GB) (Frankel {GB}), a 2-year-old colt named Lucky Of The Top (Frankel {GB}), a yearling filly by Home Affairs and is due to foal to Zoustar in October.
