“She won at Sandown on debut and ran fourth in a stakes race in Adelaide (at two). She's a chance to run in the Mike Moroney on the 12th of September at Flemington. If it’s not there, maybe the Guineas Prelude. All going well she’s on an Oaks path.”

“We've got another filly called Egyptian Dancer who had three runs last campaign for three placings and two of those were on a Saturday in town. We'll be looking to try and kick off in a maiden and try to win with her straight away. Hopefully she can end up in stakes grade.”

“We've got a nice Too Darn Hot filly out of a mare called Interim. She’s had a couple of grass gallops and just had a short let up and she'll be back in the stables next week.
“She’s pretty straightforward. We've had a few of the family. The mare's a half-sister to a horse we had called Yamashita's Gold, who was placed in a Blue Diamond Prelude, and her sister, we had early days called Enamorada. She was two for two for us and was sold for close to $1 million to Ciaron Maher.” Enamorada (So You Think {NZ}) has added two more wins for the Maher stable since then.
“We've got a healthy opinion of her.” The unnamed filly was a $260,000 purchase from Vinery Stud’s Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale draft.

“There's a really nice Overshare filly out of a mare called The Source who is a half-sister to The Quarterback and she's shown us enough early.”
Gavin Bedggood Racing bought her for $200,000 from Gilgai Farm’s Inglis Premier Yearling Sale draft.

“There's a filly by In The Congo out of a mare called Artic that looks like she's a chance to go early. She's a lovely filly, good brain on her and she's forward and everything she's done has impressed us.”
Roll The Dice and Rogers Bloodstock paid $100,000 for her from HP Thoroughbreds Inglis Classic Yearling Sale draft.

“There's a Written Tycoon colt who's a three-quarter brother to Hedged who has shown us that he's a chance to go early.” This colt is out of Hedged’s dam Acing Shamrock (Fastnet Rock) and Hedged is by Written Tycoon’s Group 1-siring son Capitalist.
He was a $330,000 purchase by Roll The Dice and Rogers Bloodstock from Yulong’s Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale draft.
When asked about other first season sires with progeny in his yard, Bedggood pointed to New Zealand-based Profondo.
“We’ve got a few by Profondo but we haven’t done a lot with them yet. They have been purchased out of New Zealand, so I would say they may take a little bit more time.”
