Yamashita, 3-year-old filly (Tiger Of Malay x Pillow Talk {Foreplay})
Mitch Beer and George Carpenter will be looking to win their own sponsored race at Moruya on Tuesday with their promising Tiger Of Malay 3-year-old filly Yamashita.
Yamashita has placed in all three of her career starts so far and looks very hard to beat in the hands of Pierre Boudvillain from the inside marble.

Yamashita is the last foal out of the three-time winner Pillow Talk (Foreplay), who has already left three winners including the five-time winner Scarleo (Hellbent).
The G1 Victorian Oaks winner Sandy’s Pleasure (Dash o’ Pleasure {USA}) is Yamashita’s fourth dam, and this is also the extended family of the G2 Queensland Guineas and R. Listed Magic Millions Guineas winner Torio’s Quest (Oratorio {Ire}).
Yamashita was purchased by Mitch Beer Racing and Heywood Bloodstock for $40,000 from the Redbank North Pty Ltd draft at the 2025 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale.

Hell’s Diamond, 4-year-old mare (Hellbent x Diamond Pedrille {Al Maher})
The Ben, Will and JD Hayes-trained Hell’s Diamond (Hellbent) chases her second win at Wodonga on Tuesday over 1200 metres. The Hellbent mare was an impressive winner on debut back in March and since then she has had a nice break and a couple of jump-outs at Flemington to prepare for her resuming run.
Hell’s Diamond is out of the placed Al Maher mare Diamond Pedrille, she has a very strong pedigree being a full sister to the G1 Queen Of The Turf Stakes winner Diamond Drille and the Listed winner M’Lady Pedrille.

She is also a half-sister to the three-time Listed winner Madame Pedrille (Secret Savings) and comes from the extended family of the Group 3 winner and Champion stallion I Am Invincible and the G2 Chelmsford Stakes winner and stallion O’Lonhro.
Diamond Pedrille in recent times has left a yearling filly by Hawaii Five Oh and produced a Farnan colt last month.
