Three Bridges Thoroughbreds is looking for an experienced horse person to lead our horse operations and help us build one of Australia's most progessive thoroughbred farms.

The role
You'll be responsible for our horses, our horse team and continually improving how we operate.
We want someone experienced enough to lead, but open-minded enough to keep learning.
You'll genuinely care about horses, communicate well, work hard, think for yourself, enjoy being part of a small team and naturally look for ways to make things better.
You'll probably also enjoy horses, racing, farming, the outdoors, health and a positive approach to life.
