Arrowfield Stud - Marketing Executive

Arrowfield is currently seeking an energetic and creative individual to join their team on a full-time basis as a Marketing Executive based in the Sydney Office on the Lower North Shore.

Responsibilities of the role include:

- Development and delivery of marketing campaigns for Arrowfield yearlings and stallions.

- Manage and maintain Arrowfield content across all channels – website, EDM, social media, print, broadcast and video.

- Work constructively with Arrowfield’s bloodstock, sales, stallion and hospitality teams.

Required skills include:

- A creative mindset combined with the ability to work in a small but dynamic office environment.

- A high degree of initiative, good time management and organisation.

- Experience with the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The role includes travel to all major yearling sales and regular travel to the Stud in the Hunter Valley.

An understanding of, and interest in the thoroughbred industry is advantageous.

The role:

• You will work closely with nine-time Champion Trainer Mark Walker as his ‘right hand’

• Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with Te Akau owners and clients

• Be a Te Akau ambassador at races and trials, bloodstock sales and other industry events

• Develop creative strategies to ensure all shares in horses are sold
