Since the catalogue for the 2024 Magic Millions Perth Yearling Sale has gone to print, a host of yearlings will go through the ring at the Swan Valley complex and have had their pedigrees enhanced, which is important information for vendors and buyers alike.

Lot 185 - Maschino x Vampi Lass (Bletchley Park {Ire}), filly - on account of Willow Dale Farm

Willow Dale Farm will offer Lot 185, a daughter of prolific winner-getter Maschino from the Bletchley Park (Ire) mare Vampi Lass. The filly is the fourth foal from the Group 3 winner.

The family received recent updates when the filly’s half-sister The Lady Is A Vamp (I’m All The Talk) secured consecutive victories bringing her career tally to five. Meanwhile, another half-sister, Vampi At Play (Playing God), won at Pinjarra.

All three of Vampi Lass’ foals to race have been winners. She has an unraced gelding by Sessions and revisited that sire in the spring.

Lot 226 - Rommel x Colleges (Elusive Quality {USA}), filly - on account of Ridgeport Holdings

This daughter of Rommel from the unraced Elusive Quality (USA) mare Colleges has had several updates since the 2024 Magic Millions Perth Yearling Sale's catalogue went to print.

Lot 226’s full brother, Tourbillon Prince, has won in Hong Kong and placed several other times. The gelding was formerly known as Pale Rider in Australia and was placed in the G2 Western Australian Derby.

Meanwhile, another half-brother Oxbridge (City Place {USA}) won his 10th race in February.

Lot 24 - Playing God x Boutique (Discorsi), colt - on account of Western Breeders Alliance (Darling View Stud, Einoncliff Park and Westbury Park)

Lot 24 received a significant update when his half-brother Zipaway (Playing God) was successful in the G2 Western Australian Guineas and placed in the G1 Northerly S. Zipaway recently finished third in the G2 Autumn Classic at Caulfield in Victoria, strengthening his chances in the G1 Australian Guineas.

In addition, the colt’s dam Boutique (Discorsi) is a half-sister to the multiple Group winners Quilista (Scandal Keeper {USA}) and Red Can Man (Gingerbread Man).
