Digital Marketing & Communications Executive
Are you passionate about digital media and horse racing?
Coolmore Australia is seeking an energetic and creative Digital Marketing & Communications Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role will play a key part in showcasing and supporting Coolmore’s success on and off the track while engaging with clients, partners, and the wider racing community across digital platforms.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role will involve producing high-quality digital content, supporting marketing campaigns, and contributing to client communications across major race meetings, sales, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
Manage and produce content across Coolmore Australia’s social media platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok).
Monitor racetrack and sales results and publish timely, engaging digital updates.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the development and delivery of innovative digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Capture, edit and produce photography and video content of stock (foals, yearlings, breakers and stallions) for promotional and sales purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external creative partners to produce marketing and advertising material, with a strong focus on video content.
Attend major race meetings, sales and industry events (including Magic Millions and Inglis) to capture and deliver digital content.
Assist with the promotion of stallion nominations, agistment, consignment and spelling operations.
Produce digital content for stallion parades, sponsorship activations and online sales promotions.
Conduct marketing research and support campaign planning as required.
Communications
Work with Stud Management to produce regular video updates for clients.
Assist in maintaining the client database to support effective client engagement and communication.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance client communications and digital engagement.
